Our professional Recruitment Directors are highly experienced in the Executive Search arena, having conducted many senior level projects over many years, and for a wide range of clients. We also possess significant expertise operating across a wealth of different business sectors.

At ERG we are committed to identifying, approaching and securing "best in class" candidates, many of whom would not be attracted to a role through other recruitment methods.

Once assigned we take full responsibility for all aspects of the search project. We work closely with our client to take a comprehensive brief which ensures a full understanding of the structure, competencies and culture required for the role. Working in tandem with our research team we identify target companies and candidates to be approached therein.

Utilising our unique candidate assessment tools, shortlisted candidates are presented with a detailed Curriculum Vitae and significant additional candidate information. Referees and qualifications are checked.

Once the desired candidate is selected we assist at offer and contract management stage and with the successful integration into the client company.

Management selection utilises a focussed media advertising programme to attract high quality, well qualified candidates. Often used in combination with our executive search method, an advertising campaign adds value to attracting the widest possible candidate talent.

Having managed many advertised recruitment programmes over the years we understand the dynamics of advertised selection and are well versed in managing projects on a regional, national or international basis. From the initial advert design through to publication, implementation and response evaluation we possess the skill and expertise to plan, execute and deliver a successful media campaign.

Following on from extensive candidate screening we will present our rigorously assessed short-list of candidates within an agreed timeframe. Offer negotiation, contract management and successful candidate integration are all part of the Management Selection service.
